A minimal doorstep diagnosis/visiting fee applies when our technician inspects your RO water purifier. If you proceed with the recommended repair or filter replacement, this visiting fee is waived or adjusted against the final service invoice.
All completed RO repairs and replaced spare parts (booster pump, adapter, float switch, membrane) carry a 30-day warranty. If the exact same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, our technician will re-inspect and fix it at no additional labor cost.
Refunds apply in cases where payment was charged for a replacement part that was unavailable or if service could not be completed due to technical unfeasibility. Refunds are processed back to the customer's original payment method within 3-5 business days.
